The Mudlark
Caroline Nunneley, the mudlark, spends her time negotiating the uneven footing of the Thames foreshore; she searches for historical objects submerged and preserved by the thick fluvial silt. Her practice is contemplative and peaceful, disturbing little as she crawls on her hands and feet in search of the smallest of treasures.
